French fries with leftover mashed potatoes

With left over potatoes put in mixing bowl and add
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon cilantro flakes
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup water add if needed
(If you like spicey add at this time)
in a mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix in 1/4 cup of water mix well
until a thick paste (if to thick just add a bit of water)
place mixture in a piping bag or zip lock bag cut the corner off
heat oil on stove and then squeeze out as much as you like and let fry until
golden brown remove from oil and place on paper plate and paper towel to drain
salt (if you like)
serve and enjoy
