Ms.Victoria... this bed is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! It reminds me of my parents furniture that they purchased in the late 1950's while stationed in Germany. So exquisite in its details and the Mahogany wood is wonderful! My bedroom furniture is also a deep mahogany wood. One thing about mahogany though, its SUPER HEAVY! I ca barely lift the side rail to our bed! And it doesn't help being a California k/ing either! haha! I'm currently building a sectional sofa for my room. I got my walls and floors cut out today. I found a very large trifold cardboard at Hobby lobby and I cut it down 2" in height, then divided it into 2 pieces. Its the perfect size for the rooms I want. I hae the 1978 Barbie Dream home, but its really too arge for my studio, so it remains in my closet.. I'm still undecided it I want to paint it or leace it in the original UGHY Yellow and Orange. What eo you think? Do you know which house I'm referring to? i hope that this comment isn't a hot mess express full of typos... I cant see my screen from where I'm sitting. So, please excuse any errors. Happy Holidays my Barbie Friend! Hugs!
That is a gorgeous house. While I can understand people wanting to leave it original, it looks gorgeous with a makeover. I would love to have that house! Congratulations. I grew up in a home, with my grandmother, with loads of mahogany furniture. I am hoping to make a whole suite of furniture. Thank you very much 🤗🤗
Karla, I love the bed you made for 1/6 scale dolls. It reminds me of a daybed. I actually like the frame of the first bed. I love the bed of the second frame (the white bed- your learning curve bed). I love the panel (43:21) because it is simple, yet ornamental. Something you can make without being stressed. (You need to make your cat, Baby, her own bed.) The finished result with the dark mahogany bed (45:11) is beautiful. I love making Barbie (1/6 scale dolls) headboards. I love the OOAK of the decor chosen. Both sides of your comforter is beautiful. You did a great job. Happy Holidays and "Thanks" for sharing with us.
I was watching this while having a cuppa and I dunked my biscuit in my tea for to long and it plopped off in my cup so now I have soggy biscuit in the bottom of my tea XD ace furniture making btw :) eeee! kittehs

Karla, would you do a video on making a Victorian sofa for a 1/6 scale doll? Thanks.
I will try. That sounds fun!🤗
Beautiful bedframe!
I would never have tried it if I hadn’t been inspired by some of your builds. Thank you for sharing your talent. 🤗

Oh no!🤭
Where did you get the mould from?
I was trying to find it. I remember getting it from Amazon, but it was a bit ago.
I found it. It is from Temu. share.temu.com/6QdChnv8iVA
Thank you so much :)
