What a contrast to other videos like this from 1955. Seeing this it is easy to imagine all the cars being electric in 20 years. Enough time goes by and automobiles change from one form to another.

Why are people fascinated with filming a road? Why don’t they film more of the buildings and neighborhoods themselves ?
