[NO POKéMON] Team Rocket Grunt Ludwig VS Pikachu (OT: Video Jame)

Team Rocket Grunt Ludwig Von Koopa got into a fight with a Pikachu (owned by Video Jame). He didn't have any of his own Pokémon with him, at the time so he had to fight the electric yellow rodent with his fists and kicks! Can Ludwig win and steal Pikachu, or did he blast off again?
