  • Hi, everyone! I hope you are well. Do you know the connection between the chakra system in Eastern teachings and the popular Maslow’s Pyramid of Needs in modern psychology?
    Here’s a short version of an earlier popular video of mine about the chakra system and the luminous body. Many people don’t know that the chakras or energy centers were also studied in ancient Latin America, Egypt, and China, they just called these energy centers with different names.

    Claudia Carballal, founder of InnerWellbeing, is a mental health counselor and therapist in the US with a a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from SMU Simmons School of Education and Human Development.
    For the past ten years she’s been a coach, speaker, and teacher of Yoga Psychology and Meditation. She holds certifications In Yoga and Ayurveda (the system of natural medicine in India) and has received formal training in classical Yoga sciences, healing modalities, and spiritual teachings in India. She leads classes, workshops, and webinars and holds International retreats in various areas of Yogic Science including self-knowledge and awareness, consciousness, breathing and meditation, yoga psychology, and multicultural awareness and acceptance. For more than 25 years, Claudia has worked in the field of human rights and international law. She collaborates with organizations serving individuals who have experienced human rights violations and domestic violence. In 2008, she earned a Master in International and Comparative Law at SMU Dedman School of Law.
