Same here, was the first hotel I stayed at. Stayed at everything from Bellagio to MGM to The Wynn since but always find myself drifting towards Excalibur. I just like the vibe.

The food options at Excalibur were pretty good! Especially when we were tired but hungry and wanted something quick. It also made for a cheap (by Vegas standards) breakfast

call the excalibur all you want but at least you are not paying $25 a beer, or spending a $100 for a gourmet lunch and still get a game of $5 blackjack

I have to agree with others. The dynamic of you you both is a joy to watch. When you ate that chicken and looked so happy, Catherine looked so happy too. That was a good selection of food, and I would be such a bad person to take there, as I would want to have several items too. But then again, if it was a buffet, I am no different, which is why we all love them so much. Have a great day.

Good stuff. Been in that food court more times than I'd like to admit. I was kind of hoping to see you guys venture downstairs and get your take on the Baja Fresh. That's probably my favorite place to have lunch when I'm at the Castle. Also, Catherine = Smart, funny and adorable. Definitely keep her around on this channel.
I liked that Breakfast and Burgers place because you can get a breakfast sandwich all day. Was pretty decent too. And of course Krispy Kreme is always a win, plus this location is open 24/7. Great video, I am loving you two together!
Thank you for your sacrifice, Derek! No way I’d be eating there. I remember visiting there in the 90’s. It was the worst buffet experience of my life. Circus Circus buffet put this buffet to shame. I remember the $2.99 breakfast buffet at the Circus Circus. The longest line ever.
I remember when Excalibur opened, they had one of the best prime rib restaurant in Las Vegas. They were next door to Krispy Kreme...that place was amazing.

Everyone does Vegas in their own way, but I was always amazed to see tourists eating at food court-type restaurants while in town on vacation. Whenever I travel, I usually like to eat at unique places that I can't eat at in California. Granted, I understand that some of these restaurants aren't necessarily available in other parts of America or in other countries. In those cases, perhaps Krispy Kreme might be a rare treat. But there are so many spectacular restaurants in Vegas that I feel people should be trying instead. Even now that I have a place in Vegas and am there maybe a quarter of the year or more and am no longer a tourist, I would be hard-pressed to "waste a meal" at one of those food court places while in town. When I'm in Vegas, I want to eat at places that I can't go to in California. At the end of the day, though, business is business. Clearly, these food establishments have enough customers to stay in business, so I wish them well.
Pick Up Stix looked way better than Panda Express but maybe that's just me :-) I'm glad the 35 minutes was worth it at Popeyes! Thanks for another great video :-)
@@joseluisorozco9879 well if you have a car i can suggest any Roberto's taco shop there are plenty, also metro pizza @ellis Island is buy one get one pizzas on sundays or thursday. And for bbq look for jessie raes bbq. Im assuming youre staying on the south end, these are close to luxor and such. Hope this helps.
Awesome , we landed here after beatles love. Took an uber down to go to Camelot and it was closed for the night. Ended up having Chinese and cinabon as we don't have that in the UK.
