In my eyes you’re the most efficient swimmer I have ever seen I aspire one day to get at least close to that efficiency thank you for all the videos

Is it normality to look forwards? All you have just said here, is what my swim coach has been teaching me. Lower arms, put to hip...and hold the arm in...yes

Hello Adam, you make swimming look so easy while i am struggling haha. It will take take some time but once I will be a better swimmer. Swimming for 8 months, 46 years old.

Hi Adam Ive subscribed to ur vimeo lessons and done my first ever OWS at about 8km and finished it uneventfully. I didnt have any soreneck or shoulder pain afterwards... this technique is so natural and most relaxed freestyle swim Ive learnt so far... just wanna say thank you !

It would be amazing to get some footage of your view while swimming in the ocean and looking down there in this endless darkness. It scares me.

Busy days at the lake this summer, keep having to stop to make sure I am not about to collide with someone.. I should have worked on this sighting skill earlier-- today's the day! Don't think I'll be able to emulate the amazing, efficient, hypnotic rhythm in the video, but will try. I've never just looked forward, my joint issues mean I get a sore neck instantly, doing that.

Adam, love your videos!! The one describing your breathing pattern solved a 2 years problem and give me an opportunity to work on the rest of my stroke!! A quick question about Roll-Kick sequence. This video says: Roll-Kick-Pull. In another one you said that the Kick triggers the Roll. So technically which is which: Roll-Kick or Kick-Roll? Thanks

I just started swimming a couple months ago and I've been trying to find the most efficient way to swim before training for a triathlon. I stumbled across gliding a couple days ago trying to swim the laziest 500 I could. I tried it on a 100 and it literally shaved 30 seconds off of my 100 time instantly (
