Hi Kalistos, you definitely are the best, and this video proves it. Even if i don't fully agree on what you said here, I definitely love the way you try to go into this game (and i totally agree, it's impossible to really figure out the algorythm of damage) and the way you explain things. Keep up the good work !
This is very interesting! After seeing this I did a few tests. I used my farm, north Rage on first row with t8 cav. Other squads empty and attacked a lvl 15 iron swordsmen. Without gear the skill rampage when triggered on first turn did 15119 dmg to the mid row. I repeated 10+ times and every time I hit the mid row on first turn with rampage the dmg was 15119. No randomiser. Then I did 10+ more with a +5 might item (no other differences) and rampage did 15354 dmg. Result replicated at least 4 times with exact same numbers. So my conclusion is that might does impact skill damage. The next question is how/if it’s different from tactical might. To be continued.
My end results showed that there is no randomiser and that might is better than tactical might. Lots of repeated tests gave exact same skill dmg increase whether I increased might or tactical might. Both also increase basic attack dmg, but might increased twice as much as tactical might did. Would love to hear of others test results
@@therodnt5326 I never tested Tactical might with basic attacks, but in everything else i got the same results as yours. No randomizer, might and tactical might have the same identical impact on skill damage.
@@Pibaro1 I think this is a coding mistake though. The way stats and attributes are built in this game 1 point in tactical might should be worth more than 1 point in might. I believe the intention is that might should be basic attack only and tact might skill dmg. I actually hope the fix it too.
@@therodnt5326 I agree. I can tell you that some time ago i did some tests, and i could see that tactical might wasn't increasing basic attack. They may have made a code error lately about it. But it's so hard to see that probably no one noticed.
Might DOES influence skill damage. Tested. 4 fights, in each fight William Wallace was hitting same row of the enemy in the first round with 5th skill. The only difference between these 4 hits - amount of might bonus. Here are the results (Might bonus, casualties): 209.47, 1023 239.47, 1107 273.48, 1203 304.98, 1298 Clear linear relation with approximation: y = 2.8734 * x + 419.17 And yes, damage has some randomness, but it's negligible. Now it's very easy to test thank to the Hero Arena.
Hey Kal, the lofty specialization that increase the “attack of all units” (max 10%) is it increasing the overall damage (both basic damage and skill damage), am I right?
If you look at battle reports "attack" refers to might & "defence" to resistance so its just might increase. Thats the terms but didnt test to check if RoE just uses terminology randomly 😅
Hi. Yes, it has become much more difficult to judge and compare the struggles. More and more technology is being added. And from time to time, the developers change the algorithms for calculating the battles. Crazy time. 🤷♂️🙈😂

I appreciate the work you put into these videos. Your information has always been solid as far as I am concerned.

Did you try it on castle to castle battle, clearly stats from marauders are not the same with other players.

This game is a great bluff
Sometimes my Lawman/AB/Ava Combo
got beat up by G25 and only resulted in 98% kills 🤷♂️
Edit : all hero skill is max
Yup its not a good legion for Giants cause you wanna kill the giant asap, so use BRI, it will give you better results👍
Exactly!
dev wont give a shit. until now they havent fix the issue with my package pricing
