God has truly blessed you to come up with something new every week I don't know how many times I have said she cant think of anything else then I'm sure He whispers in your ear and your ready to film again thank you so much for your fun and inspirational videos
Just been scrolling and as happy I came across this video of yours! I've been having problems with smooth die cuts and of course, you have the answer! Thank you Jennifer!
Hello again, Jennifer! The thing I love most about you and your UA-cam channel is your consistency in teaching us new or better techniques to make our cards/projects more unique. In a way, these techniques make our cards come alive with originality. I so appreciate this about you! It is never the same video over and over just using a different stamp set. You are truly the inspiration we all strive for! Not to be just like you, but to find our own inspiration, because watching you gets our creative juices flowing. I always strive to be more unique in the way I approach my card making skills. Thank you thank you thank you! Most sincerely, Katz
You REALLY are a genius!!!! I was making cards with my crafty friend today and we all agree...we can’t make cards without all your INCREDIBLE videos!! We LOVE you!!! Can’t wait to try this technique out. THANK YOU!!!!
when i read the title of this video, i thought thats simple, just turn it over. So glad I watched this video, the differance it makes is so cool. Thanks again Jennifer for thinking beyond basic diecutting.
Girl!!! .... you cost me too much money! Loved the card ideas.... as usual, beautifully presented and demonstrated and now I just want to go and buy more stuff!!! Thanks for sharing so much with us. Monsters, cars, waves and summer fun ideas were brilliantly designed!
Jennifer, you have out done yourself this time. These cards are ADORABLE! I love them all. They are so full of color and fun. You’ve taught me so much. I can’t wait to pull out my stamps and make a brochure card. Thank you for taking the time to make this video and all the others.
This is fabulous! I've wanted to do mirror imaging with die cuts for so long, but could never find a method that made the backs of my die cuts smooth enough. Running them through my Big Shot wouldn't have occurred to me (and wouldn't have worked since my cutting plates were scratched all over). By chance, I just got a new set of plates; I'll be keeping one pristine for this technique. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Trust you to come up with such a simple but amazing way to do this - thank you! I asked Spellbinders about a metal adapter plate once and they told me using one in my Platinum would void the warranty. I don't think there's much danger of it damaging one the way you're using it, but I just thought I'd point that out.
Thank you for this tip!!!!! I do a lot of die cutting. I have been know to flip over a die cut to use the other side, but I always do it reluctantly because it's not as "finished." I now know what to do to make it look as good as the, "Good Side." I love your Z-fold cards & I'm thrilled that so many of the dies and stamps are so large. I make A7 cards, so I always squeal when I see extra-large products.
What a fantastic tip for mirror cutting dies and making them smooth, your cards are wonderful and it would be fun to get one. Well done Jennifer and tfs
Jennifer it's out of the ball park again. Great essential tutorials on techniques and how to do something...You really know what we card makers need to know to do a better job. These were so helpful and practical.. I love tutorials like this..they really teach me what I need to learn. Thank you for being so essential to card makers and crafters. Your one of the very best. Thank you for sharing with all of us. pat
I love all the stuff you come up with to give us more things to do with what we have already, I’ve often wanted to use the backside of a die but didn’t like that unfinished look, thank you for this wonderful idea, would have never come up with this on my own for sure. You’re always such an inspiration!
Such a genius idea--This opens up my crafty world to so many possibilities! Your cards are completely adorable too--They make my rainbow heart soar. :)
Love them all!!! You are so talented and I love how you mix and match the stamps and dies. I never thought about running the die pieces back through without the die.
I love using this technique and also dry-embossing the paper. It always "hides" imperfections in die cuts and allows me to have less waste. Thank you for sharing the products as always! Your cards are lovely!
Smoothing out the die cuts tip was excellent! I have a couple of those glue stands and I love them! Your videos are so interesting and inspiring, thank you!
Wow! Love your cards! As usual so original and many new techniques and tips! I want to come craft with you! I learn so much each time! Thanks for sharing!💕
Hi Jennifer, I always come to you for different techniques you are the master at them. My neighbour and I love foiling but are put off doing words with ordinary dies because of the little bumps. Would you advise us to do the squishing before or after foiling please? Thank you, Luvs and hugs xxxx Wendy
Thank you! I have noticed the holes for releasing on my die cuts when I am cutting card stock on double sided adhesive. The thickness ends up embossing more than I want from the die -- and also those darn little holes! I don't have the metal plate, so will use the folded card tip. TYFS!
How fun! I’ve tried flattening that ridge on die cuts with a Teflon bone folder, and it works ok, but I am eager to try your method since it looks more efficient. Thanks for all your creative ideas and helpful tips.
Very ingenious! (as usual from you!) I see you are enjoying the Kokuyo tape. I had a whole box that was defective and they would not replace them. Are you having any issues with them working correctly? I used to love that tape, but got turned off by a lack of replacement (p.s., I got the box on Amazon).
Have you ever tried ironing them? I have done that with a quilting iron, mostly to get out the little dots you spoke of that the manufacturer creates so you can poke out the paper.
I never requested they send me one. I am not big on numbers when it comes to followers, likes, etc. I am more about the people who I get to chat with here and on social media. So many good peopel in this industry!

As a beginner, that types of dies should i look for?
Does running the die cuts throu the laminator give the same results as though the die. Tutu get machine with paper?
this is better at getting out the bumps and stuff. Laminator is good to get rid of warping.
Did you ever get the 100,000 play button. Hope I didn’t miss that video somehow?? Thank you
