    Most every morning I have 1/2 cup Krogers fat free cottage cheese with sliced fruit. That is 1 filling and delicious. I measure 1cup 1% milk 3points and use it for my coffee I have throughout the day. I add it with my breakfast points.

    Ladies, I wanted to follow up with you after watching this video the day it was released. I don't know how or why the 'day of food' examples and reasoning you showed got to me but it did - and yesterday was the first day in since I re-joined weight watchers in October that I could budget and stick to my 30 daily SPs, feeling satisfied, with dessert, and going to bed without guilt! At the end of the day I was so proud at the miracle of being able to budget my food on a Monday without feeling deprived. Your videos have helped me so much, so thank you thank you thank you!

    I like the 3x5 card recipe/SP idea. Thanks for sharing the 30 pt. day. I usually use 2-3 on creamer for my coffee. Dates (zero points) and banana for snack seems to satisfy the sweet tooth. A fabulous dessert creation that I make a big batch of for the week, is the 3 pt. apple crisp (for the whole pan). Can have a huge portion for 1 pt. and dessert for a few nights:
    Here's the recipe: Layer a lasagne dish with cut up apples, sprinkle cinnamon & toss well. Add 1 Oat Fit Oatmeal pack (3 SP) mixed with 2 or 3 dates for the crumble. Put crumble on top, bake at 350 for 30 mins or so. When it comes out of the oven, add one little sugar free applesauce and stir. The more days it sits, the better the flavors meld--3pts for the whole big pan. Would probably be good with Cool Whip too~

    Wow you guys look amazing!!!!!! You two do so well. I'm having some trouble now I have fallen off track and put back on over half of what I had lost. I'm still 26 pounds down. I'm starting fresh this week and getting back to my meetings this upcoming Monday. Keep up the great work. Thanks for the videos

    We just started 16 days ago, and its fantastic. My wife has a degree in Culinary Arts, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE to cook, so we're having a blast and some wonderful meals. Even more, I work from home, so it's no problem at all for us to have wonderful meals and stay within our points. I plan our weekly dinner menu on Sunday (have been doing this for years) and then we know how many points we can "spend" during the day. Add to that the walks and trips to the gym and we're having fun -- I've dropped eight pounds the first two weeks and she's down about five. AND WE'RE HAVING A BLAST.

    You ladies have awesome videos!!! I have lost 124lbs with weight watchers. I have lost it very slowly. I started October 2011, and just haven't quit. I attend weekly meetings, and plan to never quit them even at goal, because they are critical, no matter if I lose, maintain or gain. I have learned it is what iris, and next week is a new week, clean slate to start fresh if needed...
    My Fav dessert at the moment is 3-2-1 cake is a good alternative if you don't have a vita top, which is also 4sp. It is delicious to top with 1 serv of prepared PB2, mixed with "Free" cool whip(best frozen), and any syurp of your choice. its also good if u make the PB2 cool whip mixture ahead and freeze it then enjoy. PB2 is GREAT any way I have had it because I love peanut butter! I wasn't a fan at first unless it was in a smoothie, but for since I don't eat much sugar now, I love it.... I add a pack of sweetner to it, but anything Peanut butter flavored has to be good right?!
    Some of my recent favorites are Quest bars(most are 4sp) heated they are amazing...some people cut them up and make cookies with them...now they have a protein shake mix available that's 1sp....I just bought it to try...there is several flavors...
    I also do a lot of the ideas you have talked about, and some I am going to add!!! thank you for amazing Real vlogs!!! I look forward to all your post!!

      That's and awesome first week loss!! Keep going. Taking your lunch to work makes a big difference. We both typical eat out one lunch per week. Then you feel like it's a treat.

    I went to Trader Joe's this morning and bought 4 bags of cauliflower rice! Sometimes for lunch I'll make up a tray of all sorts of different snacks that range from 1-4SP each. One of my favorite trays is: (1) Laughing Cow Light Swiss wedge spread on cucumber slices for 1SP, (3) slices of turkey rolled in lettuce leaves for 1SP, (20) Rold Gold pretzel sticks for 1SP, grapes for 0sp, (22) Garden Veggie Straws for 2SP, and (1 pack) of Emerald Cocoa roast dark chocolate almonds 100 calorie packs for 3SP - reminds me of an almond Hershey bar!

    I tried the tuna and I have to agree, it is amazing. I add it to Joseph low carb oat bran and wheat pita 1 sp. with spinach for a 3 smart point sandwich and it is fulfilling. Sometimes I get two servings for the tuna which is 2 sp. Thanks for the share

    Cut up a apple or 2 add a little apple pie spice. microwave for a minute and add some cool whip. It tastes just like apple pie

    Love you girls! And those fajitas sound delicious! If you do the fat free Rosarita refried beans, 1/4 cup is 1sp (if you want to try and split that between your two wraps). I also LOVE to make nachos for dinner - On The Border Cantina Thins 14 chips is 4 sp, 15-17 is 5sp, then I'll add 1/4 cup of the fat free refried beans (1sp), 4 oz of extra lean turkey taco meat (1sp), 1/4 cup of Trader Joe's reduced fat mexican blend (2sp) and bake it for 10 minutes at 350. Then I'll add salsa and some extra onions and maybe some Bolthouse Salsa Ranch (1 tbsp is 1sp) and for 10sp they are SOOOOO yummy!!
    I also love Shrimp Fried Rice - the Trader Joe's Veggie Fried Rice is so fabulous, 1 cup cooked is 5sp, add up to 2 servings of shrimp for 1sp and some extra broccoli, all cooked in Pam and 1tbsp of the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light (1sp) - 7sp total! Add some of the Trader Joe's Chicken Cilantro wontons (4 for 1sp) and it is SO DELICIOUS! Hands down one of my favorite meals!
    Cauliflower Rice - Green Giant has some at Target in the refrigerated veggie section ;)

    Great video, love all the suggestions! My favorite breakfast right now is a recipe from the Emilybites website called "hash brown quiche". It's delicious and only 6-7 points. All you do is take a bag of uncooked hash brown potatoes (I use the brand "simply potatoes") and you place them in a pie plate and make a sort of crust". You bake that for about 25 minutes and then fill it with eggs, milk, ham and cheese and bake until set. It takes me a total of 5-10 minutes to make and gives me 6 servings and I have a slice reheated in the morning with 1 pt toast and some fruit if I'm really hungry. It's one of my favorite things right now and you can vary it depending on what you like. Easy, low pt and satisfying. I also really love her baked oatmeal singles. I like to crumble them into some Greek yogurt. The banana chocolate chip ones are delicious and I managed to reduce the point value by one using 1/2 cup chips instead of 2/3.

I love the card idea to keep your meals on and the points. The cauliflower rice is life changing...I hope you get a bag soon! When at TJs also get the meatless meatballs (found in the freezer section by the morning star products) and then use your favorite sauce for a quick, low point Italian dinner....just sauté the cauliflower rice In a pan, heat up the meatless meatballs and pour spaghetti sauce on top for another simple, easy, delicious, and filling meal! Please share more videos of things you eat as it is very helpful!

    So one of my earliest WW finds (gracious, 7 years ago or more) were the 1-2 pt snack bags at target for Halloween! Pretzels were my fave with only 1 pt (like the little airplane bags they offer to passengers and the perfect size for heading home from work!). But now they have the small bags of veggie chips (2 pts). They usually have them only around Halloween so stock up (and look for bargains on what is left for a few days after ;-)

    I'm writing this a year after you posted...but, had to say you two are inspirational and bring so many great ideas and insites to succeeding on WW!
    I live in a tiny town that doesn't have WW meetings and I would have to drive 45 mins away to get to one...so you two are basically the replacement for that, which I can't thank you enough for! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for all your great videos!

    May I suggest an alternate for the fajita wrap? I use Chicken Voila in the fajita flavor. It has chicken, rice, peppers, onions and seasoning sauce. I put it in those same wraps you showed with 1/4 c. shredded cheese (2 Tbsp on each wrap), FF sour cream (2 Tbsp) and I LOAD it with lettuce, tomato and Pace salsa. I would use one serving for 2 wraps (1/2 c. in each wrap). I was on WW when it was points plus and 2 HUGE fajita wraps were only 6 pp! I would sometimes pair it with 2 pp worth of Tostidos baked tortilla chips and salsa for a BIG 8 pp meal. I bet it would also be very low on the smart points plan.

    Love your videos. Second time of Weight Watchers...wasn't successful the first time :-( I counted my points, never went over but didn't lose. I wasn't "getting it" I guess. LOL...Trying it again and found your channel. Great help. I live in the Pacific Northwest - central Washington state and I find that I don't have access to many of the brands that you and a lot of UA-camrs do.....so sad. Is there anyone out there that lives in my area?

    for dinner sometimes I like to make peppers and onions but instead of chicken I'll season up tilapia with taco seasoning and make fish tacos
    I also like to make tuna salad and put in pepper halves for lunch

    I've been looking for the frozen cauliflower rice too. BUT today I got a new product they just started carrying called nothing but cauliflower riced cauliflower for $2.69 for 16 ounces. It's fresh and in the produce section. Maybe that will help with shortage. They told me they only get 2 cases of the frozen a day. If I call they would put 2 aside for me and hold it for 24 hours.

    LOVE your videos. You gotta eat all your daily points :) One idea is to use real food instead of the low fat/FF and start replacing the processed (artificial) stuff where you can. A point isn't just a point - each type of food is metabolized differently in your body. Losses will be more steady and you won't be beat up at the scale as much.

    also, I just saw the frozen veggies, you put 0sp, when I use my phone, it says 0, when I use my hand held calculator it has points, for all my frozen veggies, just plain veggies, no sauce added. why is that?

      The scanner calculator issue is still driving use crazy. We go by the WW rule of thumb that all veggies are 0 except corn and peas. Obviously any type of potato has points as well.

      Up to 1/3 is free. We always tend to only use 1/4 for most of the stuff we use it for 3/8 c rolls u over to 1 sp. Gotta love those egg beaters.

    I joined March 15 and have had horrible weigh ins my husband has dropped weight like crazy I stay with in my points and have nothing to show for it. I am getting so frustrated I do the treadmill exercise and counting my steps watch what I eat I even got protein shakes with vegetables and greens but today stepped on the scale and cried. I don't do junk food at all no soda just water so what am I doing wrong ????

      Have u thought of having your thyroid checked? NOT just a standard thyroid test but the whole panel. Most doctors don't order the whole panel they just do he basic test. That's doesn't tell the whole truth. I would see your doctor and see what he/she has to say. share what u are doing and have the discussion. Good luck!!!

    I love a chicken italian sausage (sweet) on.a hot dog bun with onions & peppers sautéed in 1/4 tsp. Olive oil (4SPs). Add mustard (0 SPs) & popped chips etc., soooo yummy! I would love to follow you both on connect. What are your names on connect?

      We get them at our WW meeting. Some of the meeting are held at retail type places and they sell product. Check the WW site for one in your area. They usually designate them as WW store. Us the meeting finder in the app and put in your zip code.

    Just to let you know my husband works I am home all the time no car nobody to talk to I joined online and he works crazy hours and also it is not safe to get out and walk where we live so I am stuck here.
