The hardest fight you will ever encounter is the fight that comes from the people in your own home. I expected to battle with everyone else I didn't think I'd have to fight so hard with my own people. I am who I am and I do what I do because it is in me to do but it was your name at stake so everyday I went to work I did it for you.
I really needed to hear this today. Thank you Lord for leading me to this message..."The reason we collapse isn't because of our situation, it's because of our position. It doesn't require a change in feelings, it requires a change in your focus." I've been slowly becoming "disappointed" complaining about my "responsibility", feeling overwhelmed by "opposition"... I just need to re-position my focus. The Lord knows me better than me. I need to acknowledge Him in that and trust him with the "things". My job isn't to handle everything, my job is to go to the One who can. Forgive me Jesus for being so prideful.

This morning when I woke up I felt like I'd stepped in a puddle of puke. My heart was so heavy. But this sermon, delivered 3 years ago, reminded me that God will (and always has) reach down and pull me from despair and fill me with the lifeblood I need to get through today... and then tomorrow... Our Holy God is there for us, each and every moment. Sometimes we need to remember that... Thank you Pastor Steven for your spirit filled words...

It's for me. I was homeless Most of this year. But I had Jesus Christ Our Lord with me. I slept in the back seat of my car until I lost my car in July now I have no car but I have a place to stay with my grandmother thank God for that because she moved into a house when I could stay with her until I find a place to live. My Beautiful Family Members live in Pennsylvania and one daughter that my deceased mother raised lives right up the road from me

Amen. We either interpret the thing that disappoints us as intimidation or as an opportunity for intimacy with our creator. Let all feelings, whether joy, fear, and sorrow and all circumstances, whether triumph or tragedy, leads us to fix our focus on Him. And even when we do fall apart because we're intimated, God still is faithful. I think that faithfulness is what hits me the most. He patiently waits for us and lifts us back up to complete the difficult assignment we are called to do. Although we feel unqualified, God's supply is greatest when we stay in the fight. He is Yahweh.
This was so pure and powerful and I got so emotional. I love how Pastor Steven Furfick preach. Finding this channel about a month ago made me learn so much! This sermon was so accurate to me. I really thank God for the life of pastor Steven because this great man of God as really made me renewed my relationship with the powerful God. I didn't really get time to talk to God but thanks to the words that were placed in pastor Steven I get to spend more time in Gods presence which as really transformed me into a new teen am only 16yrs old but God as just kept a difference between me and other teenagers which am really great full😊😊
This message got me through some really hard times in 2017. I had a night job where I worked alone overnight cleaning in elementary school and just listen to Pastor Steven and Pastor Craig… I was transformed in that time. My husband left going on 8 years now and he turned my adult kids against me through lies and manipulation. l've sat under that broom brush many times. I don't understand and I've had enough. It's nice to know prophets got depressed too. That I haven't sat under this Bush alone. God has blessed me these years but I miss my children and now grandchildren. I will get back up.. I got the drop. Thank you
