Scaling Your Project From a Drawing

I wanted to make a whirligig but only had a small picture. Using a little math you can get proportions and scaling that make your project look great.

Hi Lynn, Great to have you back. With the ratios, could you not say multiply the length of the wings by 2 1/2 so you get 15" and then multiply the remaining parts by 2 1/2 as well? Take care Lynn and really looking forward to the build video of the Spitfire. I was lucky enough to see one actually flying about 15 years ago. Cheers, Huw
