They need to add the option to paint the base outfit/head. I have no problem paying for the colors but I think it’s ridiculous to have to pay for an outfit. Just to color it what I want I was more of a fan how Warframe did it personally.

I saw other comments on a different video stating that coloring the base outfit was possible in Beta, but they removed it on release in order to make players buy skins.
@CaptainCreepsetCie I played the ps5 beta but I wasn't as familiar with the game as I am now I maxed my first descendant today bunny.

A free to play game still needs to produce an income. This shouldn’t be done in a way that forces people to spend money but in a way that makes people WANT to spend money. I think that’s a commitment you make when you decide to go free. Anything else will tend to put people offside
That's the case in this game. I only spent money in completely futile stuff that I don't need at all. I just want it. 😂

thats cool for the first month or two, but when 90 percent of player look quite literally the exact same it starts to slowly kill off the playerbase, standing out is very hard to do in this game and just like the other looter shooters that did well fashion is definitely important, add DLCs or something for more bosses or cool kill effects, we were able to change colors in beta and they removed that and now you can only change colors if you buy a skin that lets you
@mozyth some skins are pretty cheap and you get some paints if you buy the BP. With some creativity, you'll see different stuff. However, they should let you dye the original skin. It was kind of a greedy move.
@@mozyth I agree with you about everyone looking the same but the point I was trying to make was forcing people to buy skins to use in-game items such as dyes just to stand out isn’t the right way to go about it. Making skins people want to buy is a much better approach. Then they can allow people to dye the defaults because they have revenue by other means.
I just want my characters to look different from everyone else. Let the colors be unlimited and useable on base characters. Add new shiny colors in the shop if you wanna make money 😑
Yeah, there were default skins in the first beta that we could color. I really hope they go back to that and their old coloring system where it wasn’t numbered.

He is wrong about the secret bp screen...u have to complete the seasonal challenges to get currency for the 2 pages i.e: earn 20,000,000 gold, get 200,000 kills, and so on.

@@Datura_baka It's not clickbait its apart of the battlepass! I just got the detail wrong about the seasonal challenges. The menu is a small button, and the post is highly upvoted (meaning people had no idea about it)

Once you use a colour on a skin.. head and body are considered different items, that colour is then registered to the skin, and can be used freely on that skin. So it's better than having to purchase the dye for every slot, and at least you get to recolour the skin as and when, but they could do better.
I would be more inclined to buy dyes if they were unlocked to account, as it is though, I'm gonna be very frugal, and will likely spend far less than I could.
Dude. I truly hope you guys have Twitter or accounts to talk to the devs for people like me. NO MATCHMAKING IN HARD MODE WILL ABSOLUTELY MAKE PLAYERS LIKE ME LEAVE THE GAME! This is why I don’t play Destiny anymore. This is why I dropped lost ark. And others. Please tell them that they need to have it in hard mode. Post that crap. Petition it. Cause the second I make it to hard mode, and there’s no matchmaking, I’m done. I’ll drop it in a heartbeat.

Hard mode will be implemented down the line. Chill. I think the base experience is great for what it offers so far. Looking forward to trade also when that gets added. Hopefully servers and prices will be ironed out by then.

When it comes to concerns. My main ones is that u can't get slots without spending. Or at least I don't see a way to get slots for free
I mean, warframe wasn't free either unless you got a warframe reward from streams. Granted you could buy platinum from other players.

You have ten slots for your characters and then you have the rest of your inventory constantly upgraded through mastery rank. On that front it beats warframe when it comes to slots.

This dungeon boss battle bs is driving me crazy 6+ rounds of destroying floating balls before you can take out the next bar of health is fucking outrageous!
I main Kyle and his ult is titan smash and it does STOOPID DAMAGE!
But I ran into a mission boss in the 3rd to last area that me and a bunny literally couldn't kill because his balls kept respawning faster than we could kill them so I had to titan smash him to break them all at once and waste my ultimate so I could kill him 😅

@@3lote997 i mean... gley's drops are like 6%... so if you want gley you have to do ALOT of grinding... then again freyna is basically a tutorial character so shes more easily available.

Are you getting 5 ammo for your shotgun? If yes then it is a power weapon. Special weapons are green/orange ammo types

Lost Ark doesnt have matchmaking, but it has a party finder aka LFG in game. So that excuse really makes no sense since its common sense to add an LFG if you dont have matchmaking
They have a discord but then there's the issue of people like me who were banned from the discord by mods during the first playtest for constructive criticism.
The rng loot was probably remove because many countries has law now about loot box( random ) you cannot sell do that anymore.
Regardless, the color shouldn't never be a 1 time use. That's crazy especially, they cost 5$?
Loot boxes and random colors are completely different things and the only law was stating the drop rate MUST BE DEFINED AND STATED this is why gacha games show the drop rate of stuff because they have to

You don't progress the passthrough xp gain. You have to do challenges that specifically give battlepass progress. To see the challenges, you click a button on the battlepass tab.

I think I am just going to play it until I get bored but I dont think I will be spending any real money, to many little things that make me think the game wont last to long which is a shame as it has some fun aspects

I play on a ps5 and had zero crashes. Check if yours is clean and do some maintenance.
My friend who started playing two days after release, is getting free skins. He's already gotten skins for Ajax, Bunny, and Frayen. FOR FREE!

The paints aren't completely 1-time useable. Once you use a paint on an armor piece, it locks it to that piece and you can take it on and off. Still, not a big fan of the system and i really hope it changes in the future.
Man the loots are so bad this game should be labeled as a gacha game..
Late game you have to farm for an item (7-10%) which you need to open at Void tower but that needs TONS of void mats (easy 1-2h grind) A-N-D THE REWARD IS RNG TOO (20%)...

Paying for shader is absolutely ridiculous especially since theyre single use they should make them free games that similar to tfd like destiny have them for free and permanent. I also you should be able to paint base outfit its stupid ya have to pay money to use the shaders. Also i know they added that tab but still should make more ways to earn skin for descendants they really dont give ya a lot of options other than purchasing them. I like the game but so far they're being too greedy with cosmetics.
They needa increase drop rate of some items spent 5 hours and no character drop even the thing to increase the drop rate didnt drop

The menu isn't really hidden, but it should be more clear. I wouldn't Consider 12 items a "Ton".
Some of those weapon skins are dropping in game, but I haven't picked any up yet. I would like to see them up the amount of ammo we can carry, and make it where we can get it when we need it. There's nothing more aggravating than running out of ammo in the middle of a boss or collosi fight.
U have to kill adds to get ammo pick ups

Yeah. the higher the level, the more thirsty the bullet sponge is. In the ilvl 80's now and it feels like the game is pushing for players to use the item on their weapon to increase mod capacity for better weapon effectiveness lol. Have yet to get a blueprint for one though, used the quest reward on a character. Gonna try farming one again later.

Yeah dude I love your the finals videos but this game is greedy asf, if you are gonna add a battlepass at least follow the example of the creators of it and return all the money spent to get the next one, it should be the standard and rainbow six and this game should not start a new standard for battle passes... on top of that not being able to change any colors of the weapons unless we own a skin??? That's a shame too...
And the coin bundles have that horrible practice of always selling everything above any of the bundle coins, forcing you to spend even more leaving you with leftovers which tries to manipulate you to buy even more to get a cheap skin or something... Just like streetfighter 6 did with their skins
The color system in this game is booty cheeks. No other way to put it. Just copy warframe concept and give us base pallets then if you want the sexy papi colors pay up. No harm no foul
Ironically enough in the beta the customisation was similar to warframe for the colors (you could even color the base skin) why the fuck they changed it lord knows, I pray they change atleast the colors back to how it was back then
This game is 100% free and has no woke stuff. The publishers knocked it out of the park.
