Hi. Can you help test Elf Piccolo with Dark Illusion card? Curious which calculation it will follow.
If DI applies first and then relic, then the calculation for FCT will be 0.5 - 0.25 (DI) - 0.125(relic) = 0.125 FCT.
If relic comes before DI, 0.5 - 0.25 (relic) - 0.125 (DI) = 0 FCT.

@@bugnay9314 Yes. With Piccolo, you don't need any Dex at all. All VCT skills will have no cast time. Skills with FCT, -50%.

It was design to encourage whaling just to obtain these Artifacts.
Upgrading these items to obtain the 6th powerful skill requires 80% activation, via F2P is nearly impossible and a CN player spend 5k USD just to achieve that.
