Hi there, I have the same surf and hate the spare wheel bracket which rattles and bangs. How did you go about moving the spare wheel to underneath ? Ron
The 4Runner was only offered to the north american market and the Hilux Surf was offered to the rest of the world. They're basically the same besides couple cosmetic pieces. The LC Prado also used the same platform.

@@alwayssunnyinbayside I live in Aus and have a Australian delivered 1993 4Runner. Though they don't seem to be as common as the Surfs
