the bigfigs and minifigs are to scale with eachother so doesn't matter if you say it's to scale to a bigfig or a minifig.

Got the parts and along with the instruction. Just built it and I can't seem to fit the ironman minifigure into the hulkbuster. Any tip?

I think so... the Iron Man helmet is pretty big, at least most short hair pieces should be able to fit in there as well
