I'm in wonder of why such costume design like this isn't used yet for tokusatsu's kaiju-related project like ultraman and sentai series. Most of the suit-based kaiju designs we know usually tend to stick with the godzilla formula(standing upright), or walking in all four, or having a humanoid anatomy. But we know kaiju like Zilla(not Godzilla) does exist, which acts like a theropod, and this kind of costume could probably help introduce more theropod kaijus in tokusatsu media.

So an animal that large warm blooded animal would need less hair like feathers called bristles called Bristles. Similar to the small amount of hair's on modern Pachyderms.
