The screaming baby at the top of the opening number is exactly why you couldn’t pay me to go on a cruise. Not only did they bring a newborn on a cruise, but they brought it to the theatre, too. Unbelievable.
What’s wrong with bringing your children on holiday? A baby shouldn’t be without it’s mother that young anyway. I agree with the theatre bit tho. They shouldn’t have bought it in.
So glad more rccl shows are being posted and this cast did so amazing !!!!!

The hell with that screaming kid in the beginning. Sure, it's good to introduce your kid to theatre, but damn - choose the right play to go to. That there is songing and dancing in it doesn't mean it's for kids
this was the cast i saw in the beginning of september this year!! im so glad this video is up so i can watch them again, the cast interacted with my family and i a lot during the show. i miss them all so much lol

do RCCL productions have a live orchestra or are they performing to a track?
The orchestra is located in a sound booth backstage, and the actors watch a live feed of their cues.
Wasn't this 95-minute format similar to the Atlantic City premiere of "Cats" in 2001?

i said in a different reply, it means royal caribbean cruise line! meaning this is the 14th cast of cats on the royal caribbean cruise ship "oasis of the seas" :)

Sorry for my ignorance but what is an RCCL Cast?
rccl stands for royal carribean cruise line ! cats the musical has been playing on the oasis of the seas cruise ship since 2012 i believe (this is just off the top of my head, apologies if the year is wrong) but basically the cast is replaced once or twice a year for the most part! so , tldr this is the 14th cast of the royal carribean cruise line cats run :)
