Meditation 🧘‍♂️ is just sit down in a comfortable and straight way to allow the energy flow and just keep quiet for that moment just concentrate and hear your breathing that will help you to control your thoughts obviously with practice will be a time when you finally will be able to keep your mind empty of any kind of though and at that moment something really amazing will happen, that's is what real Meditation is all about, YOU DON'T NEED TO READ ANY BOOK OR TAKE ANY COURSE of this guy's because I just told you and explain you how to meditate

18:15 I love the conversation about the universe breathing in, becomig one mind and breathing out, in a big bang. What i dont understand is: Does the universe improve with each cycle, or is it the same infinite posssibilities unfolding every cycle?
I sure hope there is some room for improvment, because if the purpose is to have an awesome time, then i dont understand the purpose of bringing so much suffering into the equation of every universal breath. Do we ever become some sort of god, that can feel good all the time and replay cool scenarios or something?

keep up the amazing work Aubrey. I'm really getting into Utopianism! I am being guided into helping create the new paradigm. I'm confident we'll speak at some point so look forward to that. I'm living in Sydney and can do an Ayuasca ceremony here...it will be my first. I'm planning on going to Peru next year to do a ceremony there...would you recommend I wait until Peru to try the plant medicine for the first time? Thanks mate.
