300 grams skinless potatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
25 grams cornstarch
Sausage
Mozzarella Cheese
Cornstarch
2 eggs
150 grams bread crumbs
mayonnaise
Tomato sauce / ketchup

-Cut skinless potatoes
-Boil 18mins
-Let dry
-Mash
-Add pepper powder and salt
-Mix
-Add 25grams cornstarch
-Mix
-Cut sausages in halves
-Cut mozzarella into thick sticks
-Grab skewers
-Place sausages then cheese stick on skewers
-Place potato mixture around each skewer covering properly then roll against flat surface to get circular shape
-Place cornstarch in glass tray
-Crack 2 eggs into another glass tray until whisk.
-Place breadcrumbs in glass bowl
-Dip hotdogs in cornstarch toll covered
-Then cover in egg mixture
-Then coat in bread crumbs
-Repeat until the layer becomes quite thick around hotdogs.
-Add cooking oil to a hot frying pan.
-Then add hotdogs deepfrying them until golden brown.
-Place on plate to cool
-add sauces of choice
-Enjoy

Why didn't you cut it(sausage & cheese) in small piece, that way you can stick it randomly. So both can be tasted at the same time, not just the cheese first then the sausage. Right
