Michael Jackson was #1 during those years until Kurt/nirvana surplanted him. #1 nirvana and those were the best MTV days, nirvana videos on every hour. The world could not get enough of Kurt or nirvana, throw in Beavis & butthead.. those were by far the best MTV years. They stand out . I performed this song not too long ago at a rock festival. I was so inspired and captivated by it, it truly has to be one of the best songs Nirvana has ever performed on their own, even if it is a cover. Both the Unplugged and other showcase of this were immaculate, and I’ll always remember how life changing Nirvana was for many, many people.
Imagine Dec. 1994. A friend and I ate 2 hits of the best acid I’ve had before and since. Watched this. We set there like we were at a funeral. The candles and flowers just waving and Kurt’s fake smile. Still gives me chills.
I remember watching that when it first aired. Tearing up as he sang Where Did You Sleep Last Night , that look on his face as he drew that final breath , I'll never forgot that moment.

No one gets stoned and listen with a friend or alone for the entire evening shift at McDonald's while your waiting for the zoomers to kick in by midnight. Cuz Mcdicks used to actually close at 12. Lol
