(ipad 10 is 450usd meanwhile iphone 13 is 600usd) however one tiny warning for the ipad 10. ipad 10 only supports Apple Pencil 1st gen yet 1st gen has lightning and ipad 10 type c. So you (may) have to buy the 9$ lightning to c adapter from apple. The “(may)” is because I heard from ipad 10 owners that the Apple Pencil comes with the adapter now.

If you're planning to get an apple pencil, there's an alternative way to charge it. Buy a Lightning (F) to USB-C (M) adapter. It's simpler. Else, just get a cheap stylus. :)

I think the only diff is the bezels. If you want more storage with the same price, then go for the iPad 9. But if you want a bigger screen, then get the iPad 10.
Pro and air are not cheap in some countries. In my country there is a huge difference no matter how old the version is. 10th gen isn’t that cheap either but for a latest model, it’s good enough!

is the air gap noticeable when you use the pencil?
If you draw/write alot in fast pace, then the latency will be noticeable.

Question why bother getting this iPad. The air 4 and 2018 pro are infinitely better and cheaper. The 10th gen iPad is an enormous waste of money.
