One builder promise to give flat but cheating occur with my dad and now i have register case in court but its been 1.5 years but case is been not taken to trail either judge is not present or next date is given is that my lawyer have taken money from other party or i am not able to understand please help me with this

Sir, What is the case law name ? Cuz we filed a quashing fir in Karnataka high court U/s - 482 crpc ( before Chargesheet ) , they accepted the case and it's listed also
