The Bipolar Social Club is a fantastic source of community, empathy, encouragement and support. I’ve experienced a few different types of support groups, including an in-person bipolar support group at a hospital. I also spent a lot of time on the bipolar subreddit r/bipolar. BPSC is unlike any other group I’ve tried. There is a high level of respect and professionalism, and it feels safe to the point that it’s almost too good to be true. I am inspired by others who have learned how to achieve big things while maintaining mental balance. Highly, highly recommend.
Why accept a "diagnosis" of "bipolar disorder"? I know the symptoms are real but the "diagnosis" isn't. It's just using a symptom or two as a so-called "diagnosis." It's like diagnosing a broken leg as "Walks Funny Disorder." It's no different from "diagnosing" pneumonia as "Coughs a Lot Disorder" or "diagnosing" a car that won't run with "Won't Run Disorder." That's how ALL psychiatric disorders are "diagnosed." If you don't know what's causing the condition, you're NEVER going to cure it. Every one of the "diagnoses" in the DSM is nothing but a label, describing the SYMPTOMS, never the cause. And psychiatrists have no clue what's causing an illness because they were only taught to match up PATENTED, man-made chemicals to the symptoms to sort-of suppress them until the person eventually dies, after every possible nickel is wrung out of them first. CURING a patient would be anathema to the goal of the American Psychiatric Corporation (Association): to make the most possible profits. MY loved one was "diagnosed" with "incurable" "bipolar with psychosis" when, in reality, he had Toxoplasmosis. He's been free of psychiatrists and their miserable drugs for years because he was cured with homeopathy. And I don't use the word "cure" lightly. His symptoms are not being suppressed. He was CURED. - Linda, author of "Goodbye, Quacks - Hello, Homeopathy!"
Millions of people have had light brought into their world because of you Paul! I love you so much!
