Most of these dresses just need some tailoring and dry cleaning, just a little bit of love and they'd be perfect for some photo shoots or bridal shower /engagement party events
@lola cruz--I think with a talented sewing these could rock. I would love to find them in a thrift store to make my own style. If God forbid I get a severe head injury and get married again 👀🤷♀️😬
My friend bought a dress off of Wish. She got it tailored. In total the dress and tailor job came to around $500. She looked like a princess and I thought she had spent easily $1000-$2000 on the dress. You couldn’t tell she got it off wish
@@mandakrantapaul9146 well yeah, she had a very low budget wedding because she didn't have a lot of money, but if you want a wedding or any party of sorts of course you need to spend money.
Hi Tina according to my late granny Once told me The reason it’s packed like that dress inside out cos the sequins on the dress does not come out and the front side off the dress doesn’t get dirty or messy So the dress looks good as new Just letting you know
tina should film her actual wedding gown shopping that she will really wear on her wedding day.. she can show us three gowns that she really like so we can just like... wait for her actual wedding day video to see which among the top 3 gowns she chose for her wedding. 😊
Hi Tina! Love your videos! I work in the prom dress industry and usually if the dress has beading it’s packed inside out to protect the beading and designs. A lot of times the dresses can be damaged during transport so this just prevents the outside from getting damaged as opposed to the inside since that part won’t be seen! 👍
Also, ball gowns and large skirted dresses are stored inside out so that the skirt doesn’t flatten under its own weight. When turned right-side out it poofs out as designed.
As a ballet dancer, the reason why we store heavy dresses/dresses with tutu styled or layered is that it would give more “volume” to the dress. If its stored normally, the skirt part of the dress would be so flat and not giving that “poof” look to the dress that it was originally designed! Hope this helps and wasnt too confusing😂
I thought buying a wedding dress online would be a disaster and I absolutely refused to even look. I bought a dress I thought I loved at a store, but then my sister showed me three dresses she bought online for me to try and I agreed to at least see what they looked like. I fell in love with one of them and actually ended up taking the dress I bought back! I did have to alter the dress a bit, but luckily I can sew. I think if you want to buy online it's important to make sure they have a good return policy, buy more than one and get them well in advance, and just be prepared to return any (or all of them) if it doesn't work out. Even better if you can sew and will be able to make alterations yourself!
My daughter wore a wedding dress she got online and looked absolutely fabulous in it. It was $283 at the time but has gone almost to $400 now. It was well worth it.
As far as i remember the company it self will need to pay million to the customer as penalty i guess. And the garments that sew that dress can be close if she complain about that. Thats what i know coz im a sewer too.
And i think that dresses need to pass to Quality Control first before it sell. And maybe that dress did not also pass to the needle detector. It's required since they are company
These are some really nice dresses. I won't mind buying these and working on them but I would even wear them as is... The last dress is my favorite. 2 dresses in one. Ceremony and reception.
Who else got reminded of safiya nygaad throughout this video like if u saw her wedding video thanks the second dress of safiya the black one and Tina's second dress is so similar like the sleeves and the stars
These dresses seem like pretty good value for money. If you got it tailored to fit perfectly (like a in store bought dress) I reckon they would make beautiful wedding dresses. As long as you feel beautiful and comfortable in it, who cares if it’s not some expensive designer gown? I love that there’s decent quality affordable options out there, not everyone has tons to spend on a dress that you’re only going to wear once but everyone deserves to have options in their budget that are wedding worthy.
I really liked the grey starry one, maybe not for a wedding but maybe for a fancy party or maybe a special fancy occasion. I think the last one was deffo the best out of all of them (without the weird bottom lace top), that one complimented your body shape really well. :)
The first dress, the off the shoulder dress and the last dress ( worn without the lacing thing ) looks the best to me. The others were okay but doesn't look as good to me. I have to say the last dress reminded me the most of a wedding dress. A sexy wedding dress of course. You look beautiful in all of them tho.
The last 2 look great on you. Even if you dont wear that last one for ur ceremony, you could have it shortened to like tea length or knee length and wear it for the reception! That would be so awesome! It got so much of the sparkle, it would be great for the after party
The first one you tried on looked so angelic and you can tell its a wedding dress Also, the whole thing of finding needles in the dresses sounds like it's a nightmare, that's not ok
Why do you always look so beautiful!! My favorite is the first one. Fits and frames you much better. You look so elegant! The last one looks so nice on you also!
Hahaha she recently made her after wedding dress and she used the same fabric of the grey dress with stars and all... With crazy sleeves.. and it's black obviously 🤣
I really like the first and the last ones the most. I have to say you could really wear the first one had a little blink sash around the middle would take it up a notch. Great picks, honestly you could wear any of them.
This was actually really great for people who may not be able to afford an expensive ass dress but can get a really flattering and beautiful dress. Some people dont have $1k+ to drop on a dress. My wedding dress was only $250 from a consignment shop.
I like the first, halter style the best - looks elegant on you. I also liked the last dress - I would most likely cover up the middle opening a little more.
Tbh I am living for that grey color on that dress, however, it’s doesn’t look like a wedding dress to me. Don’t get me wrong, the dress is pretty but maybe not for a bride. On a different note... TINA YOU ARE GORGEOUS OMG AND THE 3rd AND LAST DRESS ARE BOMB ON YOU! DROP THAT SKIN CARE ROUTINE! Lol ly Tina!
Pretty sure you can return it. Most websites do have return policy. You can try on and keep the ones that you like give back the ones that you don’t like. But you definitely cannot return it if it gets damaged.
Agreed. I bet that that the under shirt is not attached because it was meant to be taken off. A lot of wedding dresses that have spaghetti straps come with a matching bolero jacket for the same reason. Church with; reception without.
Loved the last dress on you, suited you so well compared to the rest. Can you please do an episode 3 on JJ’s house. I would love to see what you think of them as I am considering them for my wedding in NZ 😊
I recently got married in NZ and also considered JJ's house but ended up going for a gorgeous dress by Jadore Australia. Their prices are well under the norm of other "bridal" clothing lines (they have ball dresses too).
The halter dress was elegant and super flattering on you! The last dress actually looks likes it’s a bit too big ... I didn’t care for it as much as the halter.
I love the top of the last dress and the bottom of the second last dress but without the under shirt. The last dress without the under shirt looks amazing as well
Thanks for watching part 2! Which dress do you like the best? 👇🏼
Haven't watched the video yet!
I like the last one without the under top❣️❣️
Last one with no under layer 😍😍😍😍😍
The last one I love it 😍
Last 2 not too bad. But ofcos last one without the sheer thingy
They shipped it inside out to keep the beading intact.
My foster mom was a seamstress, and we did that to every dresses with beading 😃
