How to fix noisy clicking rattling air conditioner on a 2016/2017 Renault Master

The cause of the noisy rattling sound coming from the air conditioner oon the 2016 Renault Master is probably a leaf, piece of paper, or other debris stuck in the blower fan under the dash.
This video shows how to identify the symptoms and how to remedy the cause of the noise.
Tools required:
17mm socket and wrench
10mm socket and wrench
Air compressor and blower gun (optional) to clean out the interior of the ventilation cavity

I've seen videos of people removing the whole interior to get to the fan, this took under 10 mins to get to from the outside. Amazing 👏

Thanks 👍 I had the same issue with my 2016 Opel Movano. For the EU Version with steering on the other side, I had also to remove the windscreen wiper motor (2 bolts) to get better access, but it wasn't a problem.

I am pretty sure that will work for 2010-2014 models as well. I will try tomorrow.

C’est pareil sur le master de 2014 sauf que en France il faut démonter le mécanisme d’essuie-glace (de vis à enlever)

Merci pour la vidéo, j’avais le même problème, mais moi j’ai trouver un souris dans le ventilateur, elle n’a pas survécu 😅
