    So 1) i am going to make a bench and will put the saddle on .. the "banana" position if in understand is keeping the upper part of the body straight but we move - shift slightly our hips and bottom -as the horse is sensitibe and feel the difference in weight on his back ? thank you so much for your fun and super informative videos :-)

      The banana is making sure that while the horses body might bend... you are keeping your seat over the middle of the backbone, even if it feels like your body is being pushed into the bend of the banana.

      @@thedressageinstitute Thank you for kindly replying and explaining :-) I am thrilled i've discovered your channel and teaching . I tke notes but ti's something else when i'll be able to apply ..getting back on a horse after a decade of not being able to ride :-)
