Honestly, it was a good bit of storytelling. Something about Wiggly being temporarily beaten down brought Hannah more clarity of speech. She had some of her strongest lines at the end, like a fog has cleared for her. I'm interested to see if Hannah's character is brought back in NPMD.

Take Me Back is truly one of the best songs I have ever heard. It hits so hard. (Incidentally, I think Act 2, Scene 1 is the best scene in any musical ever. Between the sheer joy of Santa Claus is Going to High School, the chemistry between Dylan and Kim and their characters' amazingly acted dramatic monologues about dead spouses, and then Take Me Back.)

I was having a hard time enjoying some songs and often felt a bit uncomfortable bc of it. TO BE CLEAR I STILL LOVE THE SHOW DONT HURT ME
For me the music just didn't do the trick. Like I know how amazing all these people are and how good they are at singing, but the music was sometimes so un-melodios it made them sound bad. :/
