When I received it, I charged it only till 60% and tested on my mobile for just 5 minutes and then I charged it 100%. On the user manual it is written that I should charge the power bank full before use. Will it have an impact on its battery life in the longer run?

Most of time user is excited and want to use after buy , some time device stay in warehouse for long time. It will increase chance of battery freeze . if we charge battery first battery will charge 100% and start performing best. Rare case battery go down and dead, if we use any device that works on battery .if we use without charge. So always charge device first and than you get best output .No impact on long term performance .
