While driving when you use maps and look below it might disturb the driving. Holder could be in middle or on the right side of the dashboard. Just my suggestion.
Hi. Thats a very valid suggestion. In my case, as I mostly use Android auto, so I dont need to look at the phone screen often. But yes in case someone is using the phone screen for checking maps, then it is much better to have in on the dashboard.
The adhesive provided is anyway very minimal.I have changed the placement of the holder multiple times, but never faced any issue with suction. It works perfectly as long as the surface is flat. Also ensure that the surface is free of any dust and cleaned well before installing the holder, and it should stick well.
Hi. I have been using it on my dashboard for quite some time now and did not face any issue of blind spot. I have fixed it on the right most possible corner on the dashboard.
Hi Abhishek, by first place I assume you are referring to the dashboard near front windshield. I am still using in in the same place without any issues. As shown in the video, I also tried using it in a plain surface below the center console. However, it was ergonomically not the best position for the holder. So I decided to use it on top of the dashboard itself.
The only main difference is that M3 comes with an extendable arm but M4 is a fixed position one. M4 suited better as per my requirement and it is also a bit sturdier than M3. But you wont go wrong with any of these.

So if I keep changing the position of the base, no adhesive is left behind?? Just works on suction?

M3 or M4 which is better?
