M57 is a common rail diesel. Surprised why you guys running it instead of an engine with the old mechanical diesel pump, like the OM606 Mercedes.

the problem with gasoline engines in the mud is you can't carry the gas station with you. The gas tank lasts about 20 minutes of agressive offroading. These BMW engines are freight train engines. Power is good but fuel economy is outstanding, you can actually go offroading in remote places without stressing over how much gas you have left
