This was a back-and-forth game. Cleveland led 14-7 before Kansas City scored 17 unanswered points to be up, 24-14. Then, the Browns scored 20 unanswered points to take the lead, 34-24. And lastly, the Chiefs scored the last 14 points to win, 38-34. That missed extra point hurt Cleveland. Kevin Mack and Christian Okoye each had 15 carries. But Mack outgained Okoye, 150 yards to 138 yards.
