    🌱 Fudgesicles Recipe!
    2 medium sweet potatoes, previously baked* (approx. 2 cups, 265 grams once skin is removed)
    1 1/2 cups unsweetened soy milk (or any other vegan milk you like!)
    1/3 cup maple syrup (or sub 8-10 pitted & softened dates)
    1/3 cup cacao powder
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    Pinch of salt
    Add all ingredients to blender, then into popsicle molds. Let freeze at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
    *To bake sweet potatoes, pierce them with a small hole and bake at 400F for 45 mins (time may very depending on the size).
