It was set up as a promotion channel - soon after these videos from Tom and Simon the channel was taken over by another party - there was no Yogscast content being made, iirc.

I watched the chuckle brothers video very very regularly back whenever the Tap Twins were around (2016?) and somehow to this day I still remember most of that video off by heart. I miss that video so much. The handful of clips from it in this video made me so happy even though I can distinctly remember them anyway. Loved the clip when Tom kept spamming the “C word” button and it was just CRCRCRCRCRCRIKEY CRCRCRIKEYRIKEY CRIKKKKCRIKEY I can hear it in my mind to this day. Love that video so much. I miss it. I don’t even watch the Yogscast at all (official gave up watching in 2021) but Simon and Tom were such a perfect duo, I think back on random moments of theirs all the time. They were truly a highlight of the years I spent watching the Yogs, so I’ll probably go on a big binge of all their content soon. Besides, for a few year before the channel was taken down it had been completely run by interns and hadn't had any main channel members working on it for a long long time.
I didn't learn TAP had even existed until maybe a year ago. As great of a team as Tom and Simon is, I think I'd only enjoy this content in this format anyway. Phone games are on average pretty dang trash.

Tap Twins is what got me back into the Yogscast after I stopped watching in the Tekkit era. Good to see some of it up again.
