The added touch of Guda getting more and more scared the closer ORT gets to the surface really helps show how dire the situation is, thank you Lasengle for this amazing chapter!
It's all for nothing! If ORT reach Antarctica and devoured CHALDEA core. Then the vision from Tez would become a reality. There's be nothing stopping ORT in it's annihilation over the Earth.
This Lostbelt just literally - not just simply f-king JPEG/PNG, they put 3D model into this World and godamn ORT - Greatest OSTs - memorable heroic moments & sacrifices Damn Nasu still got it
The one thing I always look forward when new Fgo content is released is good Themes and this time it was not dissapointing at all, all of the new Osts are bangers
Its significance lies in the fact that the fantasy tree of this lostbelt was consumed by ORT, so technically and functionally, ORT is the "fantasy tree" that is keeping this lostbelt in existence.
@@sixteenthbluemoon7606The actual name of the lostbelt's fantasy tree is Quasar, but I do think the name Xibalba is more fitting and makes more sense considering its location and ORT's (whose name is combined with Xibalba to form the final map) consumption of the tree. Incidentally, the environment created by ORT's Reality Marble/terraforming ability was originally called "Crystal Valley", but after chomping down the fantasy tree, it became "Sea of Fantasy Trees" (evidenced by the cosmic-colored crystalline structure covering Mictlan).
Look guys, I know we're in a hurry to save the world from a monster so powerful it scares me more than actual evil gods do, but can we just take a minute and enjoy this BANGER of a map theme before we catch up to it?

The balance was a bit off, but it was satisfying finishing this lostbelt.
@@justanothershrimp1908 yeah definetly, i wont say i wasnt a bit scared i was gonna run out of servants before beating him

I'm not really the only one seeing this fuhahahaha!!!
ORT long leg appendages Is on beat with the percussion
0:47 that parts so good
All the tracks after ORT wakes up are just on another level entirely.
And It’s live up to its infamous reputation for being a Walking Nightmare.
Love that this is a mix of this lostbelt map theme and the tree battle music probably the best final map theme so far next to lb6 final map theme
The race against the foreign cloud, truly a masterpiece.

@@tmgabil seeing the name of the chapter, the Fantasy Tree itself is also named Xibalba, after the 9th layer, right?

Fantasy Tree theme hype!
This lb is called “Cosmic Sea of Trees Travelogue: Ort Xibalba”
Thus the title. i shortened it from part 2 on because title would be too long for youtube (100 characters at maximum)
To think they could beat the second theme of the 7th singularity
Lostbelt 7 I kneel
This BGM always reminds me of my college thesis.
