The reason is because Master Quest reorganizes the Order for how to attack the Deku Scrubs.
It's now 3 1 2, as opposed to 2 3 1.

That's because the World is Mirrored in the 3DS Version of Master Quest.

Yes but I think in general the character in this Ura Zelda 64: Amara's quest jumps further than normal. Seen in Deku Tree's basement you can't roll jump across to where you push the block down. There are skips that are possible but that particular jump isn't.

Why do all the friendly NPCs have a yellow indicator over their heads as if they’re enemies? Shouldn’t that be blue for friendlies and yellow for hostiles? 🤨

I have patcher 64+. But it's an old version. What version has this version of the Ura mod? And like earlier versions, you can use any model(s) for Link you want yes?
if nintendo is smart, they could have their own Amara.
Also, lady with a sword and shield reminds me a lot of the Valkyrie from the Legend of Valkyrie game(never played it myself, only made aware from the Namco X Capcom game).
I guess Valkyrie best appearance is in Namco X Capcom series of games for the dialog artwork, though the game mechanic has poor replay value

It is probably an original creation, not from Zelda canon. It looks to be using an edited Malon model. I think it's just a model swap for Link
for the 3 scrubs its the middle on (2) the right one (3) then the left one (1)
