The funny thing is that I've seen a build from SnipetheBench, and instead of the whole grass box engine with Torterra, he used the Dundunsparce engine. I was thinking on playing Torterra ex in real life, but I don't know how I truly feel bout it even tho it can hit almost any Pokemon (especially in the meta). But thanks for the preview of Torterra once again. Keep up the great work on your PTCGL content!

Toedscruel DOES stop Sableye because damage counters are an effect of an attack, not damage. The only reasons Jirachi is worded the way it is (prevent damage counters placed from EFFECTS of attacks) is so it specifically stops Sableye, and not stuff like Roaring moon.
TL;DR - Damage counters are an effect of the attack
Only to pokemon with a (grass) energy on them, right?

I legit just pulled torterra ex and built this same list today when i saw it on limitless
16:50 Rabsca, I think, saves you from Dragapult's spread effect with the 6 dmg counters
it does but stage 1

Pretty much Dragapult works against basic Pokemon like Jirachi, but it doesn't against Rabsca.
Ultraball for grotle first then get beautiful but clean deck list😊

I like the idea of grass box and more so with the upcoming bug catcher item thingie and also if Dragapault does start appearing everywhere I’d love a deck to have Rabsca
What is the benefit to running turo over something like penny?
Gonna try running this card with Arceus Vstar and Serperior Vstar.

Maybe a 1-1 line of rabsca could be nice in this deck, shuts down sableye and ninja
Prioritizing the toedscruel would've saved you from the Devo plays that version of zard is known to play 2 copies. You absolutely should have won that game zard player knew how to capitalize on the opportunities you gave them.
I mean, he knows they likely just have turo and no real switches since they didn’t switch earlier so if he just iono’d to one like was his first instinct instead of thortoning he probably would’ve won since they needed both turo and energy and can only quick search for one card, but it’s all for fun in the end

Day 76! Some Pokémon just receive all the hate, turtwig and fuecoco don’t have any 70hp basics… (but there was a 70 hp turtwig in ultra prism for glc tho)
I don't like ex version of torterra and yet pulled six of the damn thing and no ace specs as of yet for the first i wish live had a trade in of cards i don't want.

This game is fixed I just made this deck with changes and my first opponent was a fire deck mind you I haven’t played against a fire deck like almost ever
