    Thank you everyone so much for the love on this video.
    Truly appreciate it SO much❤️
    I did want to add a quick note since I get a lot of comments on it.
    We do sing Happy Birthday. We have nothing against singing Happy Bday. I just didn’t include the entire clip of that moment. I don’t share every personal moment on here.
    Thanks again ❤️

    I’m a caterer, and would like to offer a suggestion. Next time, add some different heights to your display for added interest. You can invert a bowl and place a plate on top for the food. As delicious as the food is, the more interesting it looks, the more people like it! Great party and great video!!!🙂

      Diane E • but then as soon as people have started it, it will look messy sooner, with empty “shelves”. This looks more like a traditional charcuterie table.

    • @JayJS1410
      @JayJS1410 3 роки тому +5

      I would throw it out, especially considering the things I've seen kids (and some adults) do to food 🤢. I would make a smaller board and re-fill as they go to minimise wastage.

      For years I have added dips,small fruits, olives or small items in liquid, in heavy weight, stemmed glasses. Always a hit & even guys like it because it helps your guests feel special. Another idea is deviled eggs in cupcake papers makes a nice presentation. Flowers, fresh herbs & curled green onion tops are artsy looking, too.

      tina belcher I noticed that also! That's her husband btw, I would of felt so hurt lol. Like damn gas me up or at least give me a little more than a "ya." Sheesh. I also noticed her husband not helping her clean at all after the party, I feel bad for her seems like shes the one who does all the work.

    • @Lq9rr
      @Lq9rr 4 роки тому +4

      You guys can’t just assume from one second in the video that her husband doesn’t contribute. He clearly was helping their son open up a toy while she was preparing the plate. They were probably talking while she sped up the video and then we caught the tail end of their convo once it was back to normal speed. I obviously don’t know their lives but I think it’s unfair to just assume things.

    Well I just love that!! You did an awesome job. I love adding fresh fragrant herbs as a garnish to these, such as: rosemary, dill or sage. They are simple, easy to find or grow, look beautiful and help to cover the sometimes “off” scent that some deli meats and cheeses can produce 💟💟 sweet family life you have!

    This was fabulous!! I got so many ideas.
    I make deviled eggs all the time, my sons love them. To get the perfect hard boiled egg place the eggs in the pan, fill to just over the eggs with water. Add vinegar to the water, it helps with peeling. Once the water comes to a boil place a lid on the pan and turn off the heat. DO NOT lift the lid for 17 minutes, then place the eggs in cool water. Peel immediatly. The eggs are perfectly cooked and I rarely have trouble with peeling.

    Very good idea with brown paper and add sandwiches and devils eggs, because the boards I prepared are always to small. I love "charcuterie splatter" I called it. The first time I prepared it was for my son 25th birthday when initially he said we will go to the restaurant but before that some friends will come to say happy birthday. It was very short notice so only the solution was charcuterie. We had nice and diverse food so we enjoyed so much, we didn't go to the restaurant in the end.

    I’ve never heard “ May God bless you “ is that a religious birthday song ?

    • @TashVitorsky
      @TashVitorsky  5 років тому +19

      We sang happy birthday first and then we usually sing the second part. Just a tradition.
      We do sing happy birthday :)
      I just didn’t include that entire family clip.

    I love how everything starts in Australia and gets to the US literally 1-2 years later lmao. I follow a lot of Australian youtubers. My fave thing tho was when Garnier Micellar Water FINALLY came to the US.

      Kelsey M - yes, you know the Australians evoke the image of world class in my mind...the beer, the outback, the leathery skin. If that’s being “ahead” then yes, you win.

    • @TashVitorsky
      @TashVitorsky  5 років тому +1

      Haha, I’m glad the micellar water finally made it here bc that’s def a staple of mine :)

      Megan Kotur lol that’s what I was thinking too 🙈😂 so ignorant to think “everything starts in Australia then comes to the US” even though half the music and movies watched in Australia are made in the US...
