45212 taking the 'Cathedrals Express' to Bristol through Byfleet & New Haw on 03 04 2018

Ex-LMS 'Black Five' 45212 came through Byfleey Junction this morning, hauling the 'Cathedrals Express from London Victoria to Bristol.
The action is preceded by some mainline traffic passing or stopping at Byfleet & New Haw station.
When 45212 hailed into view, the gradient up from the burrowing junction had little effect on the pace of the locomotive ; it is due back this evening or stopping
