Rough Country Electric Running Boards Review

Quick Review of the Rough Country Electric Running Boards (E-Boards) I installed on my 2019 F250. They have been on the truck for a couple months of Minnesota winter without issue. My only two complaints is that there is no delay when you close the door. This is annoying when you close the front door and then open the rear door. No real issue you are just needlessly cycling the boards. Also 2 connectors in the harness were backwards resulting in the lights for the running boards being backwards. When you open driver door passenger lights come on. Rough Country did ship me an entire new install kit free of charge.

Hey bud I just installed my rough country e boards yesterday I watched your video the night you posted it really good video but as far as your light issues I think if you cross the light plugs at the control board there’s red and black as you already know but I was thinking if you plug the red into the black port coming out of the controller and vice versa on the other one maybe it will work.
