Is it possible to use a floating window, but make it transparent? And that it detects where it was touched and that the user can interact with the background application?

Is it possible to use the same method on the web view, for example, as a floating web browser? And if you don't mind, I hope you explain it to us, no one talked about this before
Everything worked great. But when I added other views like a spinner view or text view I would get this error: android.view.WindowManager$BadTokenException: Unable to add window -- token null is not valid; is your activity running? From what I've read it is because of the context, so I've tried other ways to get context, but it all comes back null. How can this be resolved?

Geek helper, this video To this day, I don't understand how this creates a floating window, passing a button on the window to go back to the activity that started the window. I hope this video is not deprecated for all android versions starting from api 23 to 32
