Super Dave is a reminder of the better times. He would make everybody in the living room bust up laughing. Thank you for this vid and all the memories.
Watched this with my parents and my Dad always said he didn’t care for comedy. He was more of a western and documentary fan but when he watched super Dave he laughed the loudest in the room What a great show
watching this with my ol man and saturday morning sctv with count Floyd were some of the only fond memories with my dad....and the only shows 8yr old me and him agreed on.
There will never be another dare devil stunt athlete as amazing as Super Dave Osborne. He puts Evel Knievel and even Tom Cruise to shame. The skill, talent, and precisely calculated timing of each performance is just astounding. The world is a better place because of Super Dave Osbourne. Our children have a true hero to look up to and learn from. 🎉
Thanks so much for posting this, I miss Super Dave... hell I miss real comedy. I grew up on this and SCTV, it's caused me to have that perma-grin that all of us that grew up in that era have in common.
Super Dave was like a rockstar back in the days of early 80's cable TV. Get smoked up and watch "Bizarre" was definitely perma-grin inducing. Thanks for the video compilation my friend, good stuff! 👍 👍
I was in grade 11 or 12 when this came out, and it was hilarious! Loved it then, and love it now. I believe John Byner also did Oh Henry! candy bar commercials as the King of Candy Land. “Here comes the fudge!” was a parallel of a Laugh-In line, “Here comes the judge!”.
Ive got my genuine saskatchewan seal skin ready boys. My grandfather gave me a super dave skit tape he made back around 1991 or 1992. My favorite was the bullfighting with the "bigfoot" tank car with the horns mounted on it with super dave as the matador in a tiny car
I saw my favourite Super-Dave stunt years ago. His stunt? He was going to insult Mr. T to his face. He told Mr. T among other things, "I couldn't pick you out in a room full of F*gg*ts". Different era, you could do jokes like that. Mr. T ate him. The whole Super-Dave thing was just so STUPID it was funny.
F****** bloody hell... Around 15:30 no one's doing any of this s*** to me... F****** ever... I think I watched this s*** live holy f*** I am freaking out
My name is David Osborne and my family has called me Super Dave since i was a kid. i was born in 81 and this says 1980-1985 so really all my life. As far back as i can remember anyways. A salute 🫡 to the original Super Dave Osborne!

Mike forgets to mention Dave's car is equipped with genuine Saskatchewan seal skin seat belt bindings in the opening bit . 🖖🤠
@@Mr_Spock hilarious! Nothing but the best for Super Dave!

That’s great! Love the commercial trivia!
Super Dave had a healing factor that put Wolverine in the shade.
Remember genuine Saskatchewan sealskin? And don't forget the animated series, too.
Very humorous all around.
Take care, and all the best.
Thanks for tuning in!
He parodied Evel Knievel perfectly as his shtick! Hilariously too!
Thank you so much for posting these! I miss them so much. ❤
You're so welcome!

God I miss the 80s so much
Love 80s tv.❤😊
I can't believe I've never watched this show. It's hysterical.
Glad you found it! Good stuff 👍
Used to love this show Bizarre w/ Super, still do!
Simpler times man when just sitting with your family watching tv could make your day
Mike Walden was such a pro. I miss sportscasters like him. I love, too, how John Byner doesn’t even pronounce Supers name right.
Yes, Mike played such a great part in these. We noticed, too, that Byner says his name weird.
Can't wait 10 seconds in I think I broke my face lol basketball had to have seal binding lol thanks for sharing will share
There’s so many more from bizarre . Hope you make another with the bleeps included
Even though the punch line is obvious, I still laugh at the results!
Super Dave and Albert Brooks were brothers.. That’s one funny family. RIP Super Dave.
Would have loved to sit at that table at Thanksgiving 🦃
Awesome!
Thanks for watching!
The OceanGate guy was apparently a big fan too.
😅

That's great! You know, that was the one stunt where he was almost killed for real. His car stalled out as they tank was coming up behind him 😬
I mis super Dave❤
One of the greatest non Canadians to ever Canadian.
I grew up watching Super Dave
I saw my favourite Super-Dave stunt years ago.

super Dave should have used Christine, she straightened right out and played the radio too, Thanks for the fun Dave. You are missed
Used to love these as a kid. a little confusing what the hell was going on ( Naive kids assume he's serious), but I loved it.
I have lost count how often he escaped death
He's got better odds than a cat 🐈⬛
Super Dave was awesome!!! Better times in America!!
Recently heard his brother, Albert Brooks, talk about him. Good guys.
Back when there was something worth watching on Canadian television.
Hilarious!
Glad you like it!
When I was a kid I would hide behind the couch so I can watch super Dave
Love it!
21:30 Holy *HOOT* my life is over.
Was Bizarre the only show where self-censorship actually made it funnier?
Loved this show, and to think it was made by CTV, to bad they kept pretending to be in the USA.
Super Dave is like Evel Kenival meets Wiley E. Coyote. Every stunt is a failure. but succeeds in laughs.
Superdave was the best
I loved the Nuns being on the roller coaster.
We loved that, too 🤣
41:00 RIP Oakland A's 1968-2024
"Let's go back! to bizarre, now! ... I'll watch the rest of it! .. from the inside! of, my asshole!" ~ favorite line, epic! epic show! 🤱💨 4:32

Super Dave Osborn for President of the United States.👍

Balloon ball, balloon ball, balloon ball, balloon ball, ….
Bob Epstein is missed. For those who don't know Bob Epstein was Super Dave Osbourne real name.
Bob Einstein was the real name of the character Super Dave Osborne. The brother of Albert Brooks.
Make Comedy Funny Again!

Dave was a bit of a one trick pony.
But it was a good trick!
