I think the reason for the lack of a helmet-less 40k Typhus is because there is nothing under the that armour, It’s nothing but the Destroyer Hive and what’s left of his soul, similar to the Thousand Sons, hence the lack of any flesh pouring from his armor or any spikes/horns erupting from joints that even Mortarion has. Anyway, a really cool model that I would love to add to my forces.
