Have this air-conditioner for almost 1 year barely used it. Problem with this ac is when temperatures above 90, start taking long brake means fan will still run but compresser will not pump cool air( specially when you need it most) but if we use ac under 80 temp works really good. Talked to their customer service, they don't know either. What is the issue. I got the biggest 24500 BTU, feel like rip off. Won't ever buy again knemore appliances

Horrible air conditioner. The app stopped working and absolutely nothing can be done to repair it. It shows the status only and when I change something on the control panel it also shows almost instantly, however, it DOES NOT do anything I select using the app.
Also forget Amazon Alexa integration. It works for 10 hours and then stops working, you have to disable the skill and restart everything. Exactly 10 hours later, the skill stops working again.

It DOES NOT WORK It connects, works great... a few hours later, the same crap. then i have to uninstall the app, skill, etc and start everything from scratch...
