this was really informative. Now to just find out about the heat transfers and the rest x thanks for uploading your webinar
SoFrolushesTV, you are very welcome. We're glad that it helped!
Great webinar. And, chock full of useful information. Very much appreciated. Thank you.
I'm using the OKI c831-ts and soon to get the oki pro920wt. I would highly suggest investing in a good heatpress. I will be carrying a fully line of heatpresses with all the different platens.
Super helpful. Very well presented. Thanks a ton. God bless.
super helpful thanks
Thank you for all the helpful information.
Thanks for the comment, Liv! Great screen name, btw.
I personally knew two guys who made so much money no one would believe me if I said how much. They did it all using an 8 platen carousel in a one car garage. I saw their operation in person. They even had a gang of employees in the garage. So that part about 'you cannot put a carousel in a garage' is not true. That said, I do think Transfer Express offers a good product and a reasonable alternative.
Fantastic video.
Great Information!
I just subscribed!

What kind of printer are we using to print and are we refilling ink to save money? And what type of cutter are you using to cut? Please let me know. Thanks!
I just hate the print quality for heat transfer unless its screen printed transfers.
hello,
i am mohammed and i'm interested in starting my own t shirt business right here in Ghana, i want know if that's possible, and what is needed for me to start while i am still in Ghana.... thank you very much.
and also , is there any limits on how far i want to make the width and high of the heat transfer ???
Hi eugene leach, our screen printed heat transfers are 11.25" x 14." These are gang sheets, so you can fit several transfer designs into this space. If you are looking for a transfer with less feel when applied, you may want to try our Hot Split transfers. You can order a sample of this by calling us at 800-622-2280

I agree with using a heat press. Pardon my language but damn I want to get my design on heat transfers and the cost for custom prints is so expensive.
rashan g, there are many ways to save on transfer costs! For screen printed transfers, you can add multiple images to a sheet and use fewer colors to save costs. One great way to save on the number of colors is to use outlines and let the fabric show through where no ink is printed. If you have a design with a lot of colors, digital prints are a great way to get your design on a heat transfer; digital prints allow multiple colors for the same price and are great for showing color effects such as gradients.
Really are they as durable because I plan to sell. I dont want poor product. Ive been using stock prints to practice with my heat press which work really well.
rashan g, they should last the life of the garment when applied properly. A great place to start is by testing them; you can order free samples here: www.transferexpress.com/screen-printed-transfer-sample-pack?icn=topnavmt&ici=freesamples
IRS tax id number and retail tax id are they the same?
babyboi1971, no, they are not the same thing. Regulations change depending on state. You will need to check on this for your specific area.
why not edit the unnecessary ?
Boring stutters around all over the place.. lost me in the first minute. I looked elsewhere for more info.
