Great book and great interview. Though the premise of her argument about the Court needing ideological balance to be legitimate misses the essential difference between a legislature and a court. People shouldn’t be refusing to accept the decisions of a court simply because there’s an ideological difference. What matters is whether the court is trying to get the law right-not whether it is ideologically balanced
