Thanks for the review, it’s really useful to have a look round. I like your reviews, you always give enough information to enable me to decide if I want a further look or I can discount it. Good work👍

Interesting review Karina, will you be covering other models? Before opting for our caravan we looked at the Chausson 640, it was superb, layout was good with huge garage space for bikes. We especially liked the drop down bed, very economic use of space and in theory no hassle making up a bed every day. The bit that surprised us and is a major design flaw, when the bed is raised there is no allowance for the bedding, you have to remove it before raising and replace it again at night. Totally defeats the objective. On the other hand the Benimar Tessoro range also have drop down beds, to their credit there is space allowed for bedding so hassle free works on that model. When you do more reviews can you include that sort of detail please. Also a look inside the garage area would be good to see what can be accommodated. Bike racks on the outside are too much of a security issue, (IMHO). At the end of the day we couldn't accept the price of a motor-home - for the Fusion you reviewed out of the £55000 - £11000 goes straight to the VAT man. That thought is too much to bear and would haunt us...... with the Coachman caravan he only got half that, still too much but the added extra's included by Coachman in a new van could be looked at as an offset to the VAT. I have not seen any extra's offered on any motor-home, solar panels etc... 👍👍

Thanks Geo, and in short yes we want to do a whole range of reviews - Caravans, Motorhomes and Campervans so we have much research to do as we didn’t know about the bedding issue. Thank you for that. We try and cover as much detail as we can and will look at this in future. It can be difficult sometimes as we try to be as quick as we can as people often are waiting to get in to look around themselves, it would be great if we could do this when the showrooms were shut but that’s only in an ideal world. Thank you for your lovely comments. 👍👍

I do believe it did, think that was part of the Lux pack. Well worth a look if your in the market for a motorhome. 👍👍

I'd never heard of McLouis before. I like the pale decor, makes a nice change from the ubiquitous brown and beige, and gives the interior a lovely, light and airy feel. I really don't see the point of that L shape seating. The bit that makes it an L, is too narrow to sit on, or even stretch your legs out on, and it takes up legroom for the person sitting in that corner seat. I don't know why they have those, it seems a pointless waste of space.
It's good that it has an extractor fan, far too few motorhomes and caravans have them.
Did the shower have a skylight and/or extractor fan? And what about a towel rail, so you can dry off wet towels/clothes?
Was there a sliding door between the bedroom and shower/toilet area? If not, you wouldn't want to be sharing the MH with another couple, because there would be no privacy if the people sleeping at the front, need to use the loo during the night!
    Thanks!

Thank you for commenting..as far as we know it just had the toilet door as a partition and no other screen. Yes there was a sky light and a hook for the towel. I can’t recall if there was anywhere else for towels.

Side facing seat with belt ?? Not legal.

    • @HereWeTow

The seats adapt so the are forward facing, many motorhomes have seat mechanisms hidden under which convert to forward facing.
