I hope you're having a great day too! I've just had my first "classical" hippo game (a 3h casual game with a friend). I misplayed by attacking a bit too early but we ended up in a neat draw with only the kings remaining on the board, it was great fun :)
I’m a Pirc player, but lately have been playing more and more Czech pirc. It eliminates some of the probs that come with the traditional Pirc (aggressive pawn storms with Q-side castling that can be hard to deal with). However, ng5 can be a prob if they have the bishop on c4. It’s important to play a prophylactic move of a6 if bishop is on c4 and they develop the knight to nc3. In traditional pirc you just castle and that eliminates that prob, but dark squared bishop hasn’t been developed yet cause you spike the center first. Just food for thought for those playing it. Here is a recent game I played that shows how strong CP can be. Keep the CP vids coming, good stuff! ua-cam.com/users/shortskPcNgLfA0RM?si=3TgQmlo7qFpfBmHn

What a brilliant game from Akobian! Gotta love the Pirc ‼️😍
Wonderful game. Love this format; a full game used to illuminate general ideas. Great stuff!
I wanted to abandon the Czech pirc for the regular pirc but you've given me so much confidence

A nice game by Akobian! …a6 subtle.
An idea for u - the Gleck system. Danya Naroditsky lo-o-oves it, and there isn’t much content on it. 🤷🏻♂️🙏
Can you make a video about the Botvinnik English Opening
