We ended up exchanging this model for the slimmer version ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx0jZ_lGlDVJhDnmagEU8gn47cmfPNlLQU because it was too wide for the only door trim area that made sense to mount it on. However, we should have just noted the dimensions prior to purchasing. Otherwise, we love the doorbell. It works perfectly, and the video is very clear, even at night.

I have 2 minis that i installed. Then I bought a outdoor4 which has to use the sync module. So now my outdoor 4 is connected thru the sync module, but my 2 minis are not on the sync module. They work fine, but do i need to delete the minis then add them back thru the sync module??
I got the 2 blink cameras but I could only add one every time I wanted to add the second camera it says the sync name or the module is being used and if I want to add it I would have to remove the camera I added.. any advice?
make sure you add it to 1st camera system i made same mistake and added to 2nd system , fixed it by deleting 2nd cam and adding to 1st system, removing 2nd system

Can I purchase additional blink cameras while I'm out of town, set them up through my phone and then ship them to my neighbor for placement or installation at my home? I already have a blink system with two cameras set up at this home, I'm just needing more camera security around my property. I hope this made sense. Thanks. If so, would this also work for the outdoor camera systems with Blink? Thanks for your time.
Are you adding a second cam to an existing single cam system? If it's a wireless one you'll need to set up a "system" using the Sync Module as a type of routing device to support up to (I think) 10 cameras.
It doesn't work. The sync module does not connect to the wireless cameras. I have sent 3 hours trying. The mini indoor cam works just fine but the sync module does not connect other cameras. Sending this back.

i can record only door bell cam. can't rec the cams , watch them live only.any glue ?
