      Asakura!!!!! Happy New Years!! Yeah these are budget friendly and they helped me live through that last ride. Ahaha. Are you riding in the cold as well?

    Great video. I'm always impressed by DHB kit. I have a pair of DHB thermal bib tights and a thermal jacket and they are excellent for the UK weather.

      Dave!! The quality you get for those prices is amazing. So far my thermals have lasted 3 years strong.
      You also must be a pro at riding through the rain in the UK. Everytime I watch UK videos, it always seems to be raining. You must have the skills to handle those conditions easily. I’m always crashing in the rain 🤣

      @@perfectlyfitted I have to confess...these days I am just a fair-weather cafe cyclist. So, a sunny winter's day is the closest I get to harsh conditions. 🤣

    I might have to look into getting one of those thermal bibs. I was out on the 7th and my legs were so numb and weak once I got home. It was freezing!

    • @perfectlyfitted

      Rambling Hamiltonian my dude!! Spinning and moving is what really keeps me warm. Once you stop moving, the coldness begins to overtake your body making you very cold. Yesterday was indeed cold, I was out in those thermals for about 30 minutes. I didn’t freeze but I focused on moving during the ride.
      What do you wear during your rides?

      @@perfectlyfitted I pretty much wear what I would when I'm out walking. Jeans, a couple layers of shirts, a jacket, gloves, etc. I was good for the first hour, but for the last 30 mins, I could start to feel the cold on my legs. I did keep moving quite a bit, but since I own an e-bike, my strides weren't as forceful as they would have been for other riders. Either my rides need to be shorter, or I should probably put layers on my legs, lol!

      @@HamiltonRambler you’re going to have to layer up if you want to last longer. I used to wear men’s thermal tights under my pants before getting into cycling bibs to keep me warm. You’ve got lots of options. I know you want to be out there longer, I can sense it from here. The bicycle life calls to us. 🤣😎 stay safe and warm bro.

    Have you used the jacket more, and on some longer rides? How's the breathability?

    • @perfectlyfitted
      @perfectlyfitted  2 роки тому

      Hello Achn2b. I am extremely sad to say I have not ridden for the past month due my hectic school and work schedule. Your comment brought me sadness that I haven’t ridden at all but I also have optimism that I will be riding soon in my cool looking gear. I hope to report back and give you some additional feedback in the future. Hopefully your rides are just as awesome 😎
      the fit is not as tight as my other jacket that is similar in material thickness but the material on this seems very durable and ready to take on harsher conditions. Breathability felt right for the weather however I wasn’t going too hard on the ride and there wasn’t rain or anything to further test it’s capabilities.

    You need to ride them in rough weather. Literally looks like you’ve been out 5 mins. There’s no mud up your back or anything 🤣 where did you cycle haha round inside a warehouse house haha

    • @perfectlyfitted
      @perfectlyfitted  2 роки тому +1

      ATKINSON!!!!! That was exactly a 24 minute ride, LOL. I wanted to do a longer ride but it gets dark very quick and I had no lights :,( It was also a very cold ride not a very wet ride, that’s why I still looked fresh af and had no mud marks🤣🤣🤣
      You’ve given me an idea to make a video. Going out on a vicious stormy windy day and seeing how long I last. Maybe 2 minutes and back to the warehouse 🤣 thanks for watching my video Dan :)

    Your review too positive need more critiques

      Nico!!!!!! You are right, I will keep that in my mind for my next reviews. With cycling reviews, I have to wear them a lot before seeing the flaws and see anything negative (if there is any). Most of them have been able to perform and handle the outdoors. I throw these in the washer a lot and treat them all very rough yet I have little complaints.
      I can talk about the small nuisances but they aren’t annoying enough to really say the product is bad. Thanks for the critique. I hope to hear more of these comments, I need this ahaha. That was refreshing.
